Currently vacant positions (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: 

  • soldering and mounting of components in SMD and THT technology according to drawing and parts list
  • checking and re-soldering of electronic components 
  • handling of inspection, placement or soldering equipment
  • operating and setting up test equipment such as flying probe test systems
  • independent troubleshooting on complex assemblies
  • maintenance and repair of systems, machines and test equipment
  • responsibility for quality and punctuality to delivery dates

Your profile:

  • You have a technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally as an electronics technician for devices and systems
  • You can demonstrate initial professional experience in the manufacturing sector
  • You ideally have basic knowledge of English and production systems
  • You work carefully and independently 
  • You are reliable and a team player 
  • You are ready to work in three-shift system

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent preparation of the assembly line for production
    • e.g. set-up of the pick-and-place machines
    • Setting up the printer and the transport system
    • Loading the furnace programs
  • Supervision of the assembly line during production
    • e.g. retrofitting of components
    • Visual inspection of the assemblies
    • Manual assembly of individual components with a high degree of complexity
  • Monitoring of the entire assembly line
  • Independent follow-up of the assembly line and guidance of employees
  • Creation of SMD placement programs and incorporation of changes (ASM-Siplace, Fritsch)
  • Management of solder paste stencils and soldering devices for SMD production
  • Creation of AOI/AXI test programs and incorporation of changes (Göpel, Viscom, KohYoung)

Your profile:

  • You received a skilled-labor training in the electronic field or in another technical profession or other manual skills and aptitude. (Also possible for career changers)

Your responsibilities: 

  • creation, checking and administration of production lists in the ERP system
  • preparation of customer data (e.g. parts lists, drawing documents, Gerber data, CAD files) 
  • determination of production time requirements and the need for tools and appliances 
  • set-up and provision of process-accompanying manufacturing documentation
  • participation in the execution of feasibility analyses, FMEA and 8D reports 
  • technical communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • participation in the planning and implementation of production concepts and processes
  • initiation of countermeasures in case of target/actual deviations in time and quality
  • support in the continuous improvement of our production processes
  • formulation of work and process instructions
  • production support with regard to technical issues

Your profile:

  • You have a qualified technical education, ideally in the field of electronics
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented and independent manner 
  • You are a team player and reliable
  • You are technically interested and preferably already have experience in the field of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry
  • You have a good knowledge of the German and English language 
  • You always have an eye on effectiveness, costs and quality in your area of responsibility

Your responsibilities:

  • You support the IT applications used and are responsible for their further development and administration, including in particular the ERP system (abas ERP) and the document management system (ELO)
  • You ensure a stable IT system landscape by carrying out and rectifying error analyses, processing user support requests and training key users in the specialist departments
  • You ensure an efficient IT system landscape by identifying user requirements, designing solutions in a team, implementing them on the IT side as far as possible and advising the specialist departments on system-relevant issues
  • You are involved in cross-departmental projects through programming-side extensions and adaptations
  • You support system updates and maintenance

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study or specialized training in the IT sector or have many years of relevant professional experience
  • You have experience in programming and basic knowledge of system administration
  • You have an understanding of business processes and ideally already have experience of working with ERP systems
  • You have a good knowledge of the German and English language  
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented and independent manner

  • support and optimization of infrastructure systems as well as their administration, documentation and maintenance
  • support of hardware and software investments as well as network architecture and integration into the company information system
  • configuration and implementation of server, client and network installations as well as analysis and sustained troubleshooting of hardware and software malfunctions
  • internal support of users in case of problems with standard applications and implementation of training courses as required
  • organization of the internal computer network, Internet access from this network as well as e-mail administration and support of fax and e-mail servers
  • organization of data backup and security as well as administration of storage systems and licenses in compliance with legal requirements

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in computer science or specialized training in the IT sector or have relevant professional experience in the following areas:
    • Windows and Linux operating systems                
    • Network concepts and administration
    • Security strategies and server virtualization
    • Active Directory domains
  • You have a good knowledge of the German and English language  
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented and independent manner  
  • You are a team player and reliable
